So today I had to unplug my PC (usb, power source ect) of course i did this safely. turned of pc, turned of power source, unplugged. Than when I set up my PC suddenly I only have 128 MB of video Ram. Does anyone know how to fix this?!?! its only for Destiny 2 everything else works fine on my PC and this is really bugging me as I love this game. I dont know alot about PC's but can anyone help me!

As you can see i just started using low settings on basically everything and yet somehow its using more ram than i have?
It should also be known that I have reinstalled Destiny 2 in an attempt to fix it as well as verify files. With no results however.
My Specs are:
Intel Core i5-8600K 3.5 ghz
Asus prime z370-A
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4
Samsung 970 EVO
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1070TI
