Because it's no different from any other aggressive frame with snap shot? Only reason it's used more than other aggressive frames isn't because of the perk, it's more because of the zoom value on it. Compare that to let's say Trophy Hunter and you'll see for yourself.

Literally the perk is the reason it should be nerfed. In an elimination game mode the player with infinite sniper ammo has a massive advantage

Remove the perk all you want. It wont change anything. You'll still get two bullets on spawn anyway. Imagine getting a bullet back for every head shot. THAT would be an issue more so than someone missing all the time.

I rather you have to kill to get bullet then you get it on miss. There would be a lot less refunded bullets

You say that now but there's a crap ton of people that are great at sniping and would actually have the infinite ammo you're concerned about.

Not in Trials they wont. They'll use what can shut down supers and rez snipe over that. I'm sure we'll see a mixture of both, though. But 100% count on it being Revoker most of the snipers you'll see.

But a good sniper won't miss. Revoker is [i]forgiving[/i], not overpowered. The perk only appeals to the lowest skill bracket.

Exactly. It's a great practice sniper haha. I hit my shots all the time and I'm out of ammo a LOT. Sure I've missed some shots but then the idiot peeks twice and I get my kill. Not my fault haha
