Seriously just do that you activate honed edge it becomes a low end sword and each ammo gives like 3 or 4 hits. All sniper rifle damage problems solved Izanagis becomes super unique and less annoying. The weapon already suggests this is what it should be anyway. If you are worried about pvp seriously when was the last time someone actually managed to kill you with a sword in there? If it's still a worry then make the ammo for it in pvp 1 for 1 2 swings a life really not a big deal I don't see anyone trying to sword people with it in pvp.
