Bastion Quest Fix (Won't drop quest line FIX)
******FIX TO PROBLEM******
Ok so after having the same issue as sooo mnay people, I went around to find a fix and actually found the issue and how to solve.
To get the bastion quest to drop you need to complete the quest line from OSIRIS, "an impossible task". After this do the final code again. Go to Saint-14 and the memento quest will be there.
I have tested this on mine and 3 other accounts that had the same issue and can confirm myself this is the fix.
Seriously hope his gets to as many people as possible as I feel this quest was silly enough ha 😁

Unfortunately I did do the quest and the codes and still get the quest from Saint 14.
