It's rather silly how this hasn't been fixed yet. I have gone waaaay past 1,500 kills for the emblem and I still can't progress no matter where I go, what I play, what I use and who I am. On a side note, I even just had a game of Iron Banner on Wormhaven and it made no progress on sniper final blow kills.
