Video freezes in fullscreen while the game keeps running. Only works when going windowed
As stated the game runs normal in windowed, but when I go FS the video freezes 3-5 seconds in. Doesn't fix until I go back to windowed, and the issue persists if I return to FS. Every single time. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Worked fine 2 days, and its happening again.
Processor: Ryzen 5 3600 6-core
GPU: AMD RX 590
Windows 10 pro

Anyone dealing with anything similar that knows what might be causing it? Game was working properly up to a week ago.
