Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out. To clarify, you returned to the location of every ghost shell and checked to make sure one was not missed? Could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing when you interact with Eris? Imgur or Twitter links work best.

Hi, I realize now that the ghosts wouldn't be there unless I had the active quest in my inventory so my mistake there. Here is a screenshot of what I see at Eris.

Edited by Sean: 2/25/2020 1:49:44 AMHi, Just passing this along. I found someone who had only picked up one of the ghosts. My triumph completed when he picked up Eriana-3's ghost in the Circle of Bones. I went back to Eris and the quest for Omar's ghost was there for me to pick up.

This is still an issue for me. Do you have any update?

UPDATE I'm currently in a fireteam running through the dungeon. One of the members had the quest for Omar's Ghost. When he picked it up, if gave me the lore entry and updated my Luna's Lost Are Found triumph to 8 out of 9.
