The armor pieces are random drops from doing the heroic story missions. At least, that’s the only way I’ve ever gotten some of the armor pieces.

Yeah the only way I've acquired any of the gear is through the heroic adventure by spider I've been farming it today , I got the helmet twice the chest 3 times and the sidearm once, hoping to get wither arms or Cape
