Lost DLC after PC move. (No reply for tickets)

Hello, I know a lot of people have the same problem with PC move. I opened a ticket 2 weeks ago stating my problem with no reply. I am posting here again to try my luck. 1. I transferred my blizzard.net over to steam through "PC move". Before I transferred, it showed my 2 characters and Forsaken DLC. (I only have one blizzard account ID: ItchyBall#11774 Steam ID: hankho927) 2. After processing it showed "transfer failed". But when I retry PC move using my blizzard account it shows no characters and DLC. (current PC move image: https://ibb.co/V3WKg7c) 3. When I logged in my account, my chars and items transferred, but the DLC did not. Please let me know if you need more information. I have tried everything possible and I have tried really hard to reach someone in Support. Hope you can see this message. thank you.
