Lost DLC after PC move. (No reply for tickets)
Hello, I know a lot of people have the same problem with PC move. I opened a ticket 2 weeks ago stating my problem with no reply. I am posting here again to try my luck.
1. I transferred my blizzard.net over to steam through "PC move". Before I transferred, it showed my 2 characters and Forsaken DLC. (I only have one blizzard account ID: ItchyBall#11774 Steam ID: hankho927)
2. After processing it showed "transfer failed". But when I retry PC move using my blizzard account it shows no characters and DLC.

3. When I logged in my account, my chars and items transferred, but the DLC did not.

4. Please let me know if you need more information. I have tried everything possible and I have tried really hard to reach someone in Support. Hope you can see this message.

Dude i have the same problem and I've put up about 4 post regarding this and it still hasn't gotten fixed. hopefully bungie steps up there support game cause at this point its trash

1 ReplyI transferred from ps4 to pc and it says the same thing. I tried relogging on each account. Didn't do anything. It's funny i have stuff equipped from forsaken and its telling me I can't buy things from it.

I never got any help from Bungie after screaming for assistance for 26 days. In that time, I followed the instructions for their "fix" now everything in my Battle.net account is gone. I suggest you try "Dauntless". It's free-to-play, fun and the dev team actually gives a shit about their customers. I'm having a blast since I switched!

Same issue warmind and other dlcs seem to be working but forsaken says i need to purchase it again after move from blizzard to steam. :'(

i have the same problem i lost my season pass on my ps4 when i logged in to my pc then the cross save screw up on me. because i open my pc first and my one year season pass went to the other account on steam. so i need to un link my cross save then i contact bungie to get a ticket about it but they denied it so i need to wait for 90 days to make another cross save. this is bull crap!@!!

The same is true for moving from console to pc. Now if you were forced to move to steam then its BS that you would lose your dlc purchases.
