I read this section https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46101 and did not see a ban on the use of programs that improve the PC.

What program that improves your pc but also try’s to inject code into D2? That’s more or less a cheat/hack then anything

Where did you see the introduction of code in D2? What kind of programs and their names I wrote above. One cleans the memory, the other optimizes. Naturally, they affect the d2 files currently in memory.
