As the title suggests, the starting item for the quest to unlock the Gofannon Forge is bugged out and I cannot speak with Ada-1 past her dialogue to suggest meeting with the spider. In my quest inventory, I currently have the blue Tainted Black Armory Gear item that is meant to trigger the rest of the quest chain, but fails to progress while speaking with Ada-1. I can skip the dialogue, which allows me to purchase items from her as normal, but I need the key mold for the Izanami's Burden quest line. Since the forges are accessible now, I don't need to complete the aforementioned quest, I just need to be able to either progress it or abandon it. However, the item doesn't allow me to drop/abandon/discard it, so I'm stuck with this in my log blocking any progress until something happens with it. Any help for my Titan would be appreciated, thank you!
