Izanagi's Burden quest bugged (Black Armory Key mold not obtainable)

The Volundr, Gofannon, and Izanami Forge all rewarded their respective keys upon destroying the Post-1st round drones that appear in each of the Forges.
However, it seems that the Lock and Key quest cannot be completed by the Bergusia Forge's completion with the drones, nor with interaction with Ada-1. She does not give you the quest to obtain the key. I have looked to Reddit and other online sources but they are either out-dated or they are having similar problems. There seems to be virtually no solution to this so far.
Others report that more than one character is unable to obtain the quest or so and so, but that isn't the issue here. It's not that perhaps another one of my characters could have obtained the quest accidentally, it's that *none*, not even my main character which has the Lock and Key quest has any access whatsoever to getting the final key.
Is this a bug, or are my friends and I missing something?
If someone is able to clarify or share their experience on this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ya it’s bugged for me too. Me and a buddy of mine started it at the same time and his worked but mine didn’t. She hasn’t dropped the quest. I have the first three opened even did it again today before the reset for the last forge and it’s still not updated. I talked to her and reset the thing. I really don’t wish to delete the quest and re do it all over again.

Its still not fixed after the recent 101.5 mb update for PC and today's Bergusia Forge rotation and still this is not noticed. what a shame

2 RepliesI do not believe the Bungie will patch this, it has been far to long, and there are many quests with bugs atm. They are abandoning new light players in order to focus on widening profit margins.

6 RepliesThis has been happening to be as well. In my case, I started the quest to Ignite the forges from Ada before Shadowkeep came out, but never finished it. After the release of the raid, when I learned that the sniper is actually very useful, I picked up the box, got the other three keys throughout the week and was stuck there. Read a comment on here to finish the forge quest and you'll be prompted to speak to Ada for the mold. I can confirm that that is the case. If you have the quest to ignite the forges, try doing that first. All manageable solo if you have no one.

14 RepliesEdited by JAJE: 10/15/2019 3:10:11 PMOnce I completed the full quest from the Vex Transponder, Ada-1 gave me the Black Armory Key Mold. It seems as if the Mystery Box quest won't have Ada-1 give you mold due to you not actually rekindling the Izanami's Forge (since it's technically not unlocked, just like how you would have to unlock them preShadowkeep). But I did start this quest before Shadowkeep, so I was able to finish it. I wonder if ppl coming in for Shadowkeep that haven't touched Black Armory, if Ada-1 gives you a quest to unlock the Volundr quest. If she does, you need to complete this quest, the Gofannon forge quest, then the Izanami quest.

Bugged for me aswell. Got no BAKM on any of my characters, yet i can't seem to drop the quest from ada-1 even after getting all the other keys (both on my hunter and on my warlock). Waiting for a fix!
