Hello! So I pre-ordered Shadowkeep for Steam, and set up for Cross-Save on the first day it was available, as I used to play on Xbox One.
When I booted the game up, it brought me to the character creation menu, and not the character select menu. I quickly closed the game, and double check the cross-save. I re-did it as It appeared to have not gone through on the first time. I did notice that the process was a little different than last time, but that might just be due to a fuzzy memory.
I am now playing on my proper character, but I do not have the season pass, or the bonus content. Help?

9 RepliesHi there, Looking at your account, it looks like you successfully activated Cross Save for the first time after accepting the in-game Cross Save dialogue. Season passes are applied to the first account that is logged into after they are purchased - because of this, your season passes were applied to your Steam account. Unfortunately, season passes cannot be transferred to other accounts.
