My Season Pass is NOT showing on my secondary account!!!

To the Bungie team. This is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. I purchased the digital Deluxe Edition of Shadowkeep, I play Destiny 2 on a secondary account (since accounts are not transferrable when you move countries - super smart and annoying BTW) and yet the season pass is NOT showing up. After reading multiple posts about the season pass not transferring to your secondary account, I am extremely upset about that fact that we were not informed of the situation. There are probably hundreds of thousands of people out there in this exact same situation and it is UNFAIR. We've all spent the extra money in a heartbeat to play the new content, yet we can't even enjoy. Please issue refunds, or unlock codes for secondary accounts, or credit us 1000 silver in our accounts so we can re-purchase the season pass. Waiting on a response! Thank you!

  • This was explained in the stream a while back. You also clicked agree to the eula to allow this to be done. As far as " hundreds of thousands" of people with the same issue, thats simply not true. There are about 8 threads going atm, vs the little over a million logins yesterday. Trying to inflate a number to make a problem look bigger than it is, isnt going to help. Bungie doesnt issue refunds, as they are not retailers. You can ask the platform you bought silver from for a charge back, but will be in negative silver standing with the game.
