Preordered Shadowkeep but Season Pass for 4 Seasons not included.
I preordered Forsaken last year as it came with Season pass for 3 Seasons after Forsaken and everything went good - I got everything as advertised.
About a month ago, I preordered Shadowkeep as its gonna come with a Season Pass for the next seasons after Undying.
Then today, as I was playing Shadowkeep, I decided to check on my Season Pass progression and lo and behold, my account is being identified as a free user with no season pass, but the preorder items (Two Tailed Fox & Ornament and some of the Eris Morn Themed Items came).
What on earth is going on? Can anyone help me out?
To clarify: I buy games/DLCs with my US account, but play everything in my AUS account. As my country only offers either US/HKG/SG PSN Cards but no AUS PSN Cards
