Can Warlock class items get some love?
Honestly, Warlock bonds are the most blandest things ever. Why not make some bonds give our arm a fire or void effect like the ones in D1?
Better yet, just change it. If you can't come up with ideas for new intresting bonds then change it to something different. (D3 of course. you can't change it now)

Honestly all class items are shitty, but warlocks are definitely the worst out of them all. What happened to those crazy Speaker armors? Or the raid class items? Iron banner?

7 RepliesI'd love to see bigger bonds. Really liked the D1 version near the end that had green spikes. Which the full set also had which shrunk as you took damage. Would be cool to see a whole upper arm as the bond rather then just a ring around the arm.

I’ve seen many bonds come and go, some of which actually look pretty good, and others that are complete and utter trash. I like making sets of armor for differing activities (for example, I have my Dreaming City armor set (not necessarily DC armor itself tho), my casual set, my Solstice set, my Leviathan set, etc.), and I must say I like the bonds I do use. But the mantle sketches? All that are there was basic location mantles, and I’m [i]in love[/i]! I would totally grab all of those mantles and see what looks good with whatever armor I am using at the time. (EDZ, Io, and Crucible are definitely my favorite tho!) Hell, could you reimagine some of the raid bonds as those mantles? LW and SotP might actually have Warlock class items worth wearing at that point!

Why do bonds have to strictly be on the left arm, anyway? Is it lore's fault? It'd be cool if we could wrap bonds on other areas like our waist, neck, leg--you know what? Scratch ALL THAT. Gimme a huge, thick rope that I can wrap into a bow around my waist and we're square.

How about make warlocks better by giving them some worthwhile exotics rather than the pile of garbage with two decent ones on top. Titans and hunters get exotics that heal instantly on the press of a button but warlocks? Noooooo, we are not allowed to have anything remotely that good. Don’t even get me started on the trashy supers we’ve had since y1. Bottom nova bomb is so bad, that a 3 year old can avoid it. At this point bungie are punishing players for playing the class

1 ReplyThey never listen to feedback. They’re too incompetent and greedy to actively listen to their customers and properly update the game. They haven’t even fixed warlock melees which takes them 2 seconds and is of paramount importance for Christ’s sake. They’re clearly nothing but hacks and con artists.

Just slap a blue shader on the gambit one and pretend it’s Chesterfield from Key and Peele’s ‘Magical Negroes’ whilst throwing Chaos Reach into an opposing supers face.

Even having a Majestic set bond with the ornament is so low key it is barely noticeable. The Cayde bond with the glowing spade and the Gambit ones are the most showy and stand out. I also like the Iron Banner bond that’s just the wolf head. It doesn’t stand out at all, but I like it still. D1 has some very showy robes that made up no every bond being flashy. We Warlocks don’t have that any more either.

3 RepliesAs a Hunter main... I would love if anyone could wear cloaks. Class Items should just be shared... Bonds aren't good enough. Bungie have it in them to do better. I would rather a Parrot on my shoulder as a Warlock than a lame-ass ring.
