Tribute hall issues- doors not opening
I picked up the quest from Werner, completed a few bounties and returned to Calus. When I turned in my Boons nothing happened, I can't purchase anything from Calus and it says that I need more quest progression, but there is no quest related to the Tribute Hall in my Pursuits tab anymore. The doors are not opening because of this either.
