Wont unlink cross save for 55 days (after shadowkeep release)
It wont unlink my friends account for 55 days, which means he has to wait an extra 15 days to play shadowkeep. It says he bought silver recently, however he bought it over 2 months ago. Can you please fix this! Thanks

Hi. Your friend needs to create a thread here so we can investigate.

When any account linked to cross save buys silver you are locked out of turning off cross save for 90 days from the date of silver purchase. If the counter says 55 days that means he bought silver on one of the accounts 35 days ago. For now there is nothing your friend can do but wait for either Bungie to suspend the 90 day requirement on silver purchases or the 55 days comes and goes.
