What happens to unredeemed keys after migrating to Steam?
Hey guys,
I have a copy of Destiny 2, which isn't redeemed on Battle.net yet. What happens to the Serial-Key after D2 moves to Steam? Will the key become invalid?

Edited by ADragonWithin: 8/21/2019 3:02:01 PMThe keys will be unredeemeable on Blizzard, as Destiny 2 will no longer be a product offered there; the keys will be useless. Even if they were redeemable, the base Destiny 2 keys will also have no value, as New Light is free and includes Destiny 2, Curse of Osiris, and Warmind.

11 RepliesIt is probably a safe bet they will not work after October 1, 2019. That is when Battlenet access for D2 discontinued and moved to Steam. To avoid any issues I would strongly suggest claiming any game codes well before Oct 1.
