No Prismatic Inferno Emblem
I have not received the Prismatic Inferno emblem. I have restarted D2, logged into each character, reset my PS4 completely, and still have not received it. I did receive Lord of Wolves.

To be eligible for the emblem you need to have played between 8th December 2017 and 12th December 2017. Your link shows a game played in December 2018.

That link is from a 2018 game. It needed to be in 2017 to qualify.
