It's not meant to be the absolute best gun ever. It is a decent pulse if you are good with pulses. Once you get desperado, it is a monster for a short time. This is how I think pinicle weapons should be.

All pulses are decent and most are better than it is.

Not in desperado. Redrix is arguably the best primary in the game when desperado is active. It takes a little skill, as all pinicle weapons should. If you are not good with a weapon type, the pinicle shouldn't make you a god

I get Desperado but in order to enjoy it there has to be multiple enemies and if there are multiple enemies you get team shot.....
