Nope. There is simply not enough stuff to kill/farm/harvest/whatever. Bank 50 motes or sent 3 blockers bounties imply you'll have to play several Gambits for each of you to make it work (I'm fine with that, I like Gambit (if only it gave me Spare Rations *sigh*), but many people don't).
Kill quests should work like - being in area is enough to make it "completed". Yes, it is participation reward I hate with passion, but waiting for roaming escapees for Spider or those forge saboteurs is less interesting than watching paint dry. Only to see someone killed it on spawn, because it appeared in different spot is another form of "loot-ninja-ing".
This waiting promotes nothing, increase frustration, decreases uptime, forcing us to stand near spawn, hoping enemy will appear where we are, or teleport across beacons hoping it'll be here and no one still kill from us.
