Alot wanted it but Bungie never listened to us. They said they want to go with Shadowkeep even more the way oof an action shooter MMO. Every MMO includes trading. It is one of the basic features.

Sort of MMO but different. MMO does not mean they have to follow what every MMO does. They have said they will go which way they feel is better for the game.

And when trading is a way how the game feels better? What's then?
