I bought the Forsaken annual pass but not the DLC

Im the owner of Destiny 2 pre order deluxe edition and a year ago i removed it from my Xbox one. Yesterday I reinstalled Destiny 2 and i BOUGHT the Forsaken Annual pass. And I'm getting the in game message that I'm not the owner of Destiny 2 Forsaken DLC. The thing is that Microsoft REMOVED the Forsaken DLC from its store and can only redeemed by a code. Im really frustrated now.. My only option is that a Bungie employee reads this post and he or she can send me a code to Redeem the Forsaken DLC. Dear Bungie employee please read this post. ***I'm from the Netherlands and there isn't a cheap edition of Destiny 2 Forsaken to buy in a store.

  • Bungie will not send you a code. You can go into your "Manage Game" options for D2 and try deleting the Annual Pass license from the list of installed items to see if that helps. If not, you can try contacting Microsoft and explain that you bought the wrong thing, and it's making the game unplayable, and see if they will refund your purchase and remove the license from your account until they make Forsaken available for purchase again.
