With the final Bard dealt with, the Song ends, the Fissures close, and the hordes of demons are banished. The streets are filled with the bodies of the lost and the cries of the mourning.
In the Underworld, Nil clutches a small red gem containing the nine hundred and eighty three souls of those lost in the incident...and smiles as she thinks of how many lives were ended by the heroes they depended on to protect them.

What does a loot crate look like when it is resting?

*I grimly look over the remains of the carnage, and the innocent blood spilled in my own hands, shaking in rage, and mumble to myself.* Someone planned this, specifically for this purpose. I don’t know if we can stop them from coming here but when they do I’ll send them back to whatever hole, and whatever abyss they came from!

ImaDrizzit. Form what I can tell by the scans I got during the battle... the thing that caused this is from the abyss. We haven’t even faced the worst of what they have and look at all the casualties. I don’t know if we can truly win this war.

Cell I don’t think we will be able to leave soon. Everything the probe I sent detected was... [i]horrific[/i]. We also don’t know anything about the area other than cold and magical.
