There is no reason someone with literally zero kills but 5 super mods should get there super before someone without 5 super mods who is fragging out should get there super literally makes it where using any other type of mods on armor is putting you at a disadvantage

Mods aren't really an issue. The issue is the large amount of orb generation with supers and masterworked weapons.

1 ReplyNot trying to be a jerk but you at mythic two and you complaining about super mods. If you where in legend rank im sure the players in that rank with super mods would get their supers in a heartbeat.
-
Not how it works
-
That’s not how that works 😂
-
If they aren't getting as many if any kills then that means they're dying a lot. Being dead means they aren't getting super energy. No way they can get the super first. So I call bull crap on your false statement good sir/madam. Good day.

So let me guess you want it nerfed as well then do me a favor have a specific armor set for crusible with super mods on it and one set for pve done no nerfs needed stop crying about everything
-
Its a 15% cooldown reduction with 5 super mods and getting kills is what speeds up the super bar. If said person has 5 mods but no kills, they WONT get a super before players with average kills but without mods.
-
They should be banned in comp

5 super mods only reduce recharge time by about 30 seconds. That being said using certain exotics with super mods and generate super even faster. It's just a matter of builds.

Edited by burningscorcher: 5/28/2019 1:32:50 AMThat's the whole point. If you sacrifice all your mod slots for super mods then you should get your super a lot faster...
-
Unfortunately that's what happens when you introduce light RPG-elements into a PvP setting. You get conflicts between the good RPG elements, and the necessity for the PvP arena to have limitations.
-
You do realize that some sub class trees have perks that can give you extra super energy for specific actions, not to mention there are perks on armor that also grant extra super energy for kills with melee, grenades, etc. Pair these with said super mods and you will get your super faster than those without. These are the things you should pay attention to and/or acquire before stating that super mods are the problem. Not to mention, if they get it first and do use it, call it out and shut it down with your team...
-
fine mod, all can use it
-
They should just make it to where Mods are not Stackable.
-
1 ReplySo use 5 super mods then! What we gonna cry about next?

2 RepliesEdited by W33DEDPLAGUE: 5/27/2019 6:22:45 PMI've been testing this lately...I've only been using 4 since I don't have one on my exotic but what I've found is there isn't really a significant difference there. I may get my super a mere few seconds before someone without the mods, but it's not like people with mods get 4 more supers a match or something. Maybe more testing is needed but I don't see them as all that beneficial honestly.

No more nerfs!!!!

I been saying this too they never should of been added.
