I hail from a place where biological animorphic “Catgirls” exist.
They are just as, if not more, intelligent than humans, and have the right to think for themselves.
That being said, these hybrids, referred to as “Faunus” are notorious for creating a very violent terrorist organization known as the “White Fang” in which roughly a majority of the Faunus are apart of.
For these reasons, to prevent things getting... out of hand, I think it could be potentially beneficial to continue these neurological modifications to a degree.
However, members of these species that are allies and known to be trustworthy should be given freedom. A notable example is Bopsheezi and his companions, Mirage and May. They have helped us on numerous occasions and are clearly not terrorists.

While I appreciate the acknowledgement, I must disagree with limiting the neurological capabilities of these girls. I accepted the first batch being limited as such to prove as a proof of concept that we can live peacefully with the other races. I would like more created without limits in the future to prove that we won't betray you in anyway. After that is proven I would like the original girls to be lifted from their limitations. Now, all this comes after us being given the same rights as the rest of you.

The limitations appear to only make the catgirls more happy and ecstatic. If they work at a massage/spa, wouldn’t that be a good thing? Plus, they will be saved from unfortunate conditions like depression, insomnia, and others.

That’s a good point, however, unfortunately due to the modifications, they may not WANT to leave. They appear to be being taken care of well by Speaker, they’re getting paid, and they seem to enjoy their work. I trust you. But I think a simpler but maybe less moral way could be to discontinue the whole trade all together, and euthanize the 1st generation catgirls.
