I missed the first two Iron Banners this season so I didn't get to go for the emblem and weapon straight away.
I'm plowing along through a few games and I realise I've barely made any progress to the 500 kills needed for Wizened Rebuke. I'm confused I've definitely been killing people, get it says I've got 11 kills. That's when I realise they've got to be a lower light level than you are. WHAT! HOW STUPID IS THIS. I have the modifier on, it's not my fault half the people in the lobbies have also decided to pop it. So now I'm checking the names of everyone on the other team that will count for me, and genuinely in my last four games, I've come across three people who I can kill to get progress, our of 24 possible opponents I'm getting three. Before Iron Banner I harboured small hopes of getting the emblem, if I get a minimum of 15 kills a game, it'll take me a minimum of 167 games to do it. I've got no plans this week, I can do that - at the current rate I'm getting progress it'll take me about 500-600 games to get this.
My last match had one opponent for me to kill- one - freaking one guy. The -blam!- Bungie...

1 ReplyAnother thing, it takes like 5 minutes to load in a match so you lose crap tons of your debuff time on nothing. Wasting my coins.

I equipped some of the eververse armor that is at 10 light. This got me down to 441.

3 RepliesIsn't the requirement that you be lower light and be killing higher level characters?

8 RepliesYou might not be getting the final blow when killing an enemy? Are you sure they are lower light than you?

5 RepliesYou can put Year 1 stuff on from your vault to lower your light even further, that’s what I did last iron banana.
