I’ve been having this issue for quite some time now, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling Destiny 2 on my Xbox one for a bit, and even tried switching to different ones, it still gives me the same error code, I’ve tried almost everything to fix this issue and it’s still not resolved please help, I can’t seem to ever play The game ever again while this problem persists, please help I’ve been trying to get someone’s attention on here to help me.

    Hey man I see your account was fixed. How long did it take because I just started having this issue yesterday. Below is what i sent to bungie hoping for some help. I am now getting the error codes constantly and also getting black screened. I can go to the tower but the second I go into a game it freezes and black screens. Can you help with a possible fix? I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, reset my Xbox, reset my internet, forwarded my ports. Also have an alternate account and it works perfectly. I know it’s not my connection. It’s on your server side and on my this account.

  • It's an error on Microsoft or Bungi's side where character session are not been sighed out after the last time u have logged out and its havin conflicting issue with xbox character accounts

      • I thought I recognized this name before and you have had multiple problems that were stemming from multiple issues including your profile with Microsoft. I believe you were told before there was a problem with your account and the handshake from Microsoft to Bungie that had to do with the way Microsoft was passing your data off to Bungie. You were offered multiple attempts at troubleshooting and always reply with 'everything is fine' or 'i ain't doing that' so here you are yet again with the same problems you have had for quite some time. The problem is in the handshake from Microsoft to Bungie.
