I can understand the change to Mag howl damage, but changing to a 150?
You’re making a big mistake and I guarantee this will be the last straw for a lot of dedicated players, myself included who worked their butt off to get their NF.
This change in particular is crapping on ALL console players where bloom on HC’s is a big issue.
Bad, bad move.

1 ReplyEdited by AngryBovine1419: 4/26/2019 10:52:58 PMYup, amateur move by Bungie... shocker. Hey, but the good news is I have rediscovered my love for Telesto and Bygones... thanks WHINERS, my kills per game is going back up! You guys have no clue what you’ve done. The sweats are going to crush you with Recluse now... big ol dummies.
-
K, bye. PvP is a cancer on this franchise anyway.
-
I own the gun, a Nerf after a very lengthy rein at the top of PvP, is not a bad thing for the health of the game. Every seasonal update should force a little meta change. The biggest issue with Destiny PvP is how stale it gets.
-
2 RepliesI hate nerfs as much as anyone else but you crucibabies are annoying as -blam!-. A skilled player will always be a skilled player and they'll adapt, git gud, and mop the enemy team with whatever you give them. The meta is going to change; adapt or die. If you need Luna or NF to be good... you were never good to begin with; it's a crutch.
-
Honestly....I DON'T CARE anymore. It hurts yes cause i grinded my butt off for these 2 guns but this game has always catered to casuals and that's mostly the general population of this game..."CASUAL"...maybe they should work on getting some kind of fireteam protection for solo pvp players but yea i dont know whatever happened to that...
-
If not even an exotic primary (MIDA, Vigilance, Graviton, or Last Word to name a few) can compete with a given gun, maybe it needs a few well-conceived tweaks. Just sayin'.
-
2 RepliesHonestly, the game would be better if you leave, no more "zkmushroom told me to use this " copy and paste scrubs.
-
1 ReplyI think i will bring in more players. A ton of people are not playing PVP and increasing que time because of a small PVP player base over all because of LF/NF. IMO NF should have not been changed. It’s take a special kind of grind to get that gun but not LH. This nerf will open up other guns in PVP. Something needed to be done and my guess is that LH/NF will still be the best in PVP.
-
LEARN TO READ they said it will still be a percision hc and maintain 180 animation just a 150.
-
I'm part of the committed player base and I'm not going anywhere. Can't wait for the Nerf
-
How about you actually go enjoy the game without a crutch, I promise you and everyone else will have more fun.
-
Edited by CookieNiki: 4/26/2019 8:33:11 PMThey will only lose no-life-sweaty PvP'ers, there's no problem at all with that. It's a dull, unbalanced, boring game mode anyway.

I think everyone should just see where this goes and actually get some hands on experience before complaining.

I can't believe people defend weapons that are so strong, that they render every single other weapon obsolete. I hate using Not Forgotten. Not Forgotten has sucked the fun out of PVP for me. Every time I run into another player using one, I either have to use mine, or try picking them off with a snipe. Not Forgotten is the most OP primary weapon I've seen in a video game, and people DEFEND IT? It literally kills far faster than any other weapon at longish ranges, with very little recoil. Good example of a "pinnacle" weapon: Recluse. It has very high TTK, but it's drawback is that it's an SMG, and you need to activate the perk first. Pinnacle weapons should be strong, but should also have counterbalance measures in place.
-
Even though people said the exact same thing when they DIDN'T nerf them a few months ago. You should really pay more attention.
-
It will actually get me back into Crucible at least for the weeklies which I pretty much stopped cause the meta was so damn stale. Will be nice to see other weapons being used for a bit. Relax man... this shit happens to PvE focused weapons all the time.
-
All of this boils down to one thing: Bungie wants your money and that's all they care about. These developers get paid regardless if they try to make a good game or not.
-
No one cares. You're acting like Bungo cancelled Christmas.
-
8 RepliesNo they’re not. Obviously the largest part of the community wants the change and that’s why it’s happening. To think your crutch wasn’t going to get nerfed at some point is on you. Bungie nerf’s all things that are over used and OP. This is nothing new.

seriously bungie nerfing the fire rate 150 literally its the same thing u did to ep shotgun no difference, tho I would like the fire rate to be 160 or 170 because it’s baisicaly just like ace of spades , tho Luna and nf Sadly good but true trust will still be up a 180 hand cannon and I couldn’t deny I would love for a nerf for mag howl but changeing the fire rate does a lot and makes it less useful and not worth
