Just like the title says. When both me AND my buddy inspected Arsrnic Bite it only shows the top row of available perks with Archer's Tempo grayed out presumably because the active perk is Explosive Head. This makes switching from Archer's Tempo to Explosive Head literally impossible to do as the perk isn't showing anymore. Problems like this can't persist. If this can happen with one weapon it can happen with others. I have screenshots from my buddy and I, but I don't know how to post them here. If we both are having this issue then I'm sure that others are as well. Maybe even all of us on PS4. Please find the underlying issue that caused this to make sure that all of our weapons are safe from the same fate.
