Sorry to tell you but is true is all over Reddit.
lol Why wait?

If it is going to be a crappy as d2 PvP then good riddance. If it has a minimum of dedicated servers and actually manages to be fun then it would be a missed part of the game. Do it right or skip it.
-
They're not removing crucible.
-
If bungie release destiny 3. I'm done.
-
Yeah same here. Honestly hope it isn't true but if it is, I'm gonna dip.
-
But it's literally not true yet. Game's not even out. Bungie's said nothing on the matter, plain and simple. Stop spreading lies.
-
I’d trade pvp for 6 player patrols, and 12 player raids any day. Crucible is this games broken leg.

11 RepliesThis game will turn into anthem and we know how well that game did.
-
Don't forget to let Bungie give your ass a nice smack on the way out!
-
If Bungie remove PVP Destiny 3 I'm back I arrive.
-
Bye to you and pvp
-
Good, we'll be seeing you and glad to see you go. Byeeee

5 RepliesIt doesn't need to be removed, it just needs to be separated completely from PvE. I know Bungie is allergic to hard work and details, but the guns need separate PvE and PvP properties. Or separate loot pools/separate stat pages. Because of their laziness, the game experiences nonstop balance problems.
-
3 RepliesPvP just needs to have a separate sand box entirely to PVE, just separate it and you don't have to nerf anything for PVE, you can turn them up to 10 then! Two enjoyable experiences in one game, and nobody complaining.
-
If Bungie removes Rat King from D2 or 3, I’m done.
-
2 RepliesThey are not removing pvp, they are making a bad ass version of a battle royale mode
-
I like your mindset, friend. In fact, I advocate that all players, PVP, PVE, PVD, PVX and PVC alike all refuse to buy Destiny 3. Don't really care about the PVP being removed, more about teaching BUNGiE a lesson about -blam!-ing with the people who made them who they are today: We, The Consumers.
-
2 RepliesLet me make something very clear, and pls understand that I enjoyed D1 pvp and some aspects of D2..but yes it is not good. A universally accepted opinion. Lemme break it down like this: 10k people play a game 2k play pvp 8k play pve and strain through pvp Game removes pvp 2k people who were vitually silent the entire time are now 'the voice of reddit' but do not represent the majority of the game's players So, what you see isnt necessarily what you get.
-
Won't matter. Go to the Anthem boards. They're no less toxic than any of these ones. Same crap. No PVE and all the threads are exactly the same as those here. People complain no matter what.
-
1 ReplyWtf, sorry to break the news, EVERYONE already left
-
I don’t know and don’t care about what is going on with PVP, but I can tell Destiny 3 is heading down the same bad development path D1 and 2 went through, which means a massive reset which will change lore to whatever devs need to excuse the mistakes they’ll make.

Cool anything else to add?

15 RepliesEdited by Syren12: 4/2/2019 10:39:18 AMDo you guys realize what will happen to the player base if pvp isn't there? Half of the people who play destiny will quit. It doesn't matter if you don't personally like it or not, what matters is that half of the people playing the game plays pvp. If you don't like pvp, don't play it. If you don't like pve, don't play it. What if it was decided to take out only pve, and not pvp? You think that would be fair? That the people who like that aspect of the game wouldn't have it anymore? Yes, pvp has issues, but so does pve. The game and universe we all love called destiny wouldn't exist without both pvp and pve. Stop complaining about something that is vital to the survival and health of the game.
-
2 RepliesThey are not going to take it out, the game can't survive on PvE alone. And this is coming from a PvE majority player.
-
Good job.

24 Replies595.6K Crucible Players Yesterday 649.2K PvE Players Yesterday from destiny tracker, yes I know it considers gambit part of pvp but this is generally how it is and even at the dog days at the end of D1 there was about a 3 to 1 ratio when it was a true split. While not all PvE players are PvP players that's not the case the other way around. I'm with the OP, I'm out if it's gone, and if 1/4 to 1/3 of the player base that enjoys PvP goes that's going to be a big loss for D3.
