Dreaming CIty powerful bounties and Ada's are not available?
On PS4. I cant do any powerful bounties in the dreaming city. How does this happen every update. Plus the weeklies are dropping at only a +1? How does this continue happen with Bungie?
I thought things would get better with Activision gone.
