Mouse not moving in menu/causing fps loss(Solved)
So if you are having issues with the above, its seems to be linked to the new windows update (KB4482887), i had the issue and since fixed it but uninstalling just this one update.
If you manage to fix it too please post here and upvote so bungie can see it!
