Refurbished black armory shader
Hello i have been tying to get the blacksmith seal. I have compleated all tasks and still the shader hasn't dropped. I have about five more weapon frames to create off the 100 plus 136 competions so that proves i have done them and have been deleting the weapons that are supposed to drop it. What i am asking is the drop rate so stupidly low or is it glitched.

Same problema here, all task done, imposible to obtain that shader... over 50 weapons dismantled...

That shader only has a chance to drop when dismantling items that it’s on. You’re just getting unlucky with RNG. All you can do is keep trying & hope your lucky turns around.
