Antaeus wards sliding is broken
I know everybody use oem as exotic slot on a titan in crucible, it is the reason why we have literally no feedback on other exotic armor.
Bungie, you are very active on forum now, I believe you will see this post. Antaeus wards' slide improvement do not work with active shield. It is easy to check in tower. First slide would be normal, second - improved.
It is so cool exotic, very fun to use. Please fix it, not asking for buff, just fix.
Upd: dudes, we did it! They fix this issue in the march. Congratulations!

Needs a buff for longer lasting shield and tie it in with a longer slide

I've also died of misadventure twice while using them. Just routinely sliding.

5 RepliesCan confirm. Tried them out after they dropped for me. Slid into an oncoming daybreak projectile. Died. They went straight to the vault. Haven't touched them since. Not wasting my time with an exotic that fails the first time I try to use them for their intended purpose.

3 RepliesAlthough it does reward perfect timing to deflect projectiles, it's not easy to perfect. Instead, it should give the juggernaut shield perk from D1 striker.

78 RepliesAnteaus wards main here! I prefer them over OEM, and they are fine. The perk can’t be used in back-to-back slides if you’re talking about that. I haven’t seen a problem with them other then the occasional misadventure. [spoiler]And I have a LOT of experience with them and have pretty much mastered them. I have deflected everything in the game back to the user. From a Sidearm shot to a grenade to a Golden Gun to a Nova Bomb, there isn’t anything I haven’t deflected and I have clips of it all [/spoiler]

9 RepliesI'll also die a bunch to misadventures despite timing the slide perfectly. Its why I stopped using them. An exotic with that high of a skill gap should always work.
