Scourge Sparrow Chest not Spawning

Twice now we've completed the 8 button sparrow run and we jump over to get the chest and it isn't there. Unsure what causes it to happen and both times everyone in the fireteam has been 100% loot eligible.

Did you happen to get a video showing no chest spawning after making it into appropriate section?

You have to drop down to the chest for it to spawn. It happened to us once and now we always jump in the hole.
