Special weapons should go back to how they worked in Y3 You spawn with ammo and once you use it or die to need to find special crates on 30 sec timers This creates a primary based game with special weapons used in, well special instances. Rather then the get 2 special kills, die and spam special again on repeat all game so game statistics show more shotgun kills then primary.

I think the question should be, what's being done with the maps in this game. Bungie #1 dumb decision for PvP in D2 was creating only 4v4 maps. So instead of looking in the future knowing they were going to have to add 6v6 that they should have been working on creating bigger maps? let's just leave things alone and not playtest our own game to see how this will affect things. [spoiler]They had this same problem with D1 that caused so many unnecessary nerfs in the game, like nerfing Invective regen time because gamers were crying about Icebreaker regen and shotguns a hell of a lot. Did you know shotguns were nerfed 12 times in D1 if I'm correct that this sandbox thought what we nerf in PvP that it "needed" the same adjustment in PvE and they called that "balancing" the entire game? Oh, I love this one. Shotguns were hit way too many times in D1 that the sandbox lead had to lie and say they nerfed them one time just to create a false sense of relief for gamers that wanted them nerfed. Maybe, just maybe if this company actually used their brain, you know, that thing some of us only know how to use and use it to create bigger maps? Things like shotguns wouldn't be complained about so much.[/spoiler] [b]The sandbox lead is not taking into consideration that they can not treat this game like Halo[/b] Halo did not have an unlimited sprint to where gamers can fly around the entire map like a bat out of hell and get from one side to the other in no time at all. Halo did not have the slide like Destiny Halo had Bigger maps that made gamers think about what they were doing. Destiny PvP is all about rushing the other team and most play it like Mayhem because the maps are too damn small or have too many tight areas to where you can't use your supers properly that causes issues of your own abilities blowing up in your face. This is Destiny that the Guardians need room for what abilities they have. Not CoD to where you only run on the ground and if you are lucky you can climb a dumpster with all them CoD borders.

Telesto, sidearms, shoulder charging and handheld supernova, are all good counters Also situational awareness and using the radar effectively helps too.
