Well physical is probably after I had my big chest surgery and I had 3 broken ribs, my sternum was broken and 4 of my ribs were disconnected from my back I think the time my mental health was the worst was when I tried to commit suicide 4 times over Thanksgiving break and 2 times during Christmas break
