I could believe it if it were a flate rate rng. There are those on the bell curve that will have absolutely awful luck. Thats how flat rate rng works and thats why its not a good design. Get thousands of people playing and some of them get kinda screwed on rng while others can get incredibly lucky. But, if bungie weighted the formula, that would be better. Such as, if rng was 5% drop chance, then after X amount of not getring one, your odds start improving to the point where its guaranteed. Then it resets back to 5%.
