BUG - "Never Close Chat Window" setting is not saved across sessions. Must be set every time.
Title describes bug.
This setting is not saved. The user must set it every single time they log in. How did this pass Q/A?
Also, the wording is very poor on the option. It should have simply been worded in the affirmative:
"Always display chat window"

In your Settings, can you select this setting, but also change another setting, then save it and restart your application then open it again and see if they all saved. If that doesn't work, try opening up your CVARS file and changing the setting in there.
