I've been leveling to 650 for the most part, I've only dabbled in the Black Armory stuff... Couldn't find the info online... How do I get mods? I know theres that Schimatic that you need from dismantling black armor gear... Whats the quickest way to farm this? Do I really need to get a hand cannon frame and go through all the steps to forge it just to maybe dismantle it to get this? How do you get exotics? Are they just random drops or is there something you need to do with the Black Armory stuff... Is there any point to grinding the forges if you dont have any bounties? I've only done them like 3-4 times and if I didn't have a quest bounty I just got blue engrams...
