Any suggestions to beating the precision kills in crucible for Cayde's Will?

Really stuck on it. Played a bunch of games and so far only got 9 kills. I'm using Better Devils atm but please suggest any other guns I could use or any tips I could use... thanks. Wtf you guys, 9 pages of comments... thank for help xddddddddd

Sturm and drag. Duke mk 44. Any 180 precision hand cannon. 180 hand cannons would be the easiest to do. High impact hand cannons let you steal kills from your teammates. Also fighting lion and a hand cannon. Get hit with fighting lion switch to hand cannon for headshot cleanup.

    • If you have high impact (aggressive) hand cannons those are also good. The reason being is they only need two to the head. So you can start off with a body, and land two head shots. They work just as well as precision frames or adaptive. If you have old fashioned or dire promise, both of those are really good for headshots.

    • Headshots are the best way to do it.

    • Don't listen to these nitwits, the answer is crimson. The burst recoil pattern is up. Aim for the neck, let the recoil work, watch the headshots pour in. There chances for a head shot compared to one is quick math to me.

        • Aim for the head! ...With a handcannon not having explosive payload. (Big mistake on my part with that quest lmao)

Midnight Coup worked for me. If you have Sturm with the catalyst that thing hits like a truck.

          • Use a bow and Duke mk4, headshot or body with bow then switch and headshot with the hand cannon. Easiest kills I've ever gotten.

Use a Aggressive Frame HC, like a Duke Mk.44, it does 91 per precision shot in its optimal range meaning it can two tap low res guardians. Then team shot, let your teammate push first follow and aim for the head. Use Swarm, Scatter and Incendiary Grenades to weaken a shield ( throwing knife with Explosive damage helps too) then finish with the precision shot to the head. It you have a Duke with opening shot the AA and hit box is large on the first shot meaning if you are team shooting or using the grenade it should be easier to hit your shot and get the kill. Pace your shots correctly, wait for the gun to completely reset its recoil prior to firing again. If you pull the next shot too fast it will be off target. If you have a Duke with quickdraw, try using a grenade launcher or bow as a special and then switch to the Duke to clean up with one to the head. (Bonus if it has opening shot as well) Finally if you have kill clip or rampage an aggressive frame will two tap with those active. Outlaw Killclip being ideal because Rampage is too short. ( Don’t reload immediately unless an enemy is near give it a second to allow KC to last longer into the next fight). Value range perks over stability and handling, this is because range not only increase the distance at which optimal damage stays but also slightly increase hitboxes/bullet magnetism. Always keep your reticle at head neck height, aim assist in the game makes the reticle sticky but it will stick to the body if too low. Hope this helps.

            • PvE main here. I did mine during the last IB, I ran Crimson and actually brought out the old Nature of the Beast from the vault. Again as a PvE main I wasn’t concerned will KD or stats or rank.....I went in and played my best with two HC. Crimson is nice though for the reload and regen, especially if you are not quite the Crucible player, like myself.

            • Crimson or trust. If you’re really a mad man you can run them both at the same time.

            • Trust. With explosive rounds. You will make everyone flinch giving you a better chance at killing. Then use every mod you have in your helmet and on the weapon for target acquisition.

              • Trust is really nice. Make sure your not using a HC with explosive rounds. When I used a better devil's with ER I rarely got precision kills. The moment I switched to a HC without it my precision kills skyrocketed.
