My suggestion is to buff Redrix so that Desperado activates with 3 precision hits and no Outlaw requirement. This would allow it to compete with Luna's and NF since it would no longer require an initial kill to become a credible threat. Redrix is a lot easier to obtain that Lunas / NF, so at the very least it would give those HC's viable competition.
