Max light players should get max light legendaries.

Once you hit 600, your legendaries should drop @ 600 light instead of 580+. That will actually allow you to make armor sets according to your loadout, which is why we have armor perks in the first place and we used to be able to do in Destiny 1. This will also allow for max light players to actually masterwork their favorite guns and armor sets instead of taking literally weeks to make custom armor sets according to our weapon loadouts while we play infusion catch-up to our light level. Bungie, please stop trying to make things "more meaningful." It's a game. We want to feel powerful and have fun. Seems every time you try to do this or use it as your reasoning for something, it just either pisses off the playerbase, or makes an added mechanic/system in the game near useless. (such as armor perks for specific weapons) Just my opinion.
