Game is awesome! I want a refund! Let me play!

PC, EU, constant disconnects... After more than a week still constant disconnects on PC. I'd ask for a refund, if I thought there was any chance of getting it (I'm sure in those looong ToS there's something in there denying any chance of that). Troubleshooted everything in my control, namely: 1. contacted ISP to make sure everything is good on their end; 2. Router config (UPnP; ports open, firewall deactivated, and so on...) (only one router/modem) 3. exception inbound/outbond rules in windows firewall 4. exception in antivirus for destiny and for network monitoring. 5. even tried playing with everything disabled to make sure (windows defender firewall, AV firewall) 6. checked independent app to make sure ports are indeed open. Still, frequent errors: mostly cabbage, beaver, sometimes others. So frustrating, please give me any answer instead of just pointing to the help pages... I have scoured every suggestion and option on the help pages, and still same problem. I must say sometimes I get the rare one or two hours without a problem! It looks random. Other times is every minute, and I have to try many times just to load a planet or finish a mission, sometimes just give up on the game. There is something seriously wrong with this game. I play other online shooters in this same setup without a problem, fairly good pings, no disconnects. Please do something. I know I won't get a refund, but as long as I remember this, Bungie will be synonym of a scam: "buy our game, too bad you can't play it". Help
