To anyone wondering why FotL ended “early”
It did not. Day light savings time is a thing. Bungie does not change the reset time for the reason of day light savings time. I’m making this post to answer anyone surprised by the “early” reset.

2 RepliesThe saddest and most disappointing thing about fotl in D2 is the lack of: 1. The blue flaming skull mask. 2. The levitating goulish Heads spinning emote. Damn, I never got that. :(

5 RepliesI got everything I wanted from the event. But I was wondering when it ended, so I searched up; and found multiple sites and forums saying it ended November 13th. Here I thought bungie was going to make it longer for the quest thing, so I held off on forcing a grind to get all of the triumphs done... *sigh* internet strikes again, with false info.

Once I got 120 souls I bought the horror story and decided I’m done with the infinite forest in the dark.

1 ReplyFound it boring personally. The forest was fun the first few times, but was painful by the time i grinded out the horror story. Didn’t give a rat’s about the masks. Thunderlord quest should have started week one of FotL IMO. Double engrams was nice though.

1 ReplyDid it for the cores. Got the AR and kept it equipped only to boost my light level. Underpants Lion got dismantled the second I got it.

1 ReplyGot my HS in just the first three days. Then ran the bounties just enough to get the weekly Masterwork (or whatever they are now called) cores. 15mins per day in Nightmare and a few more minutes in world stuff per day per char for 3 days per week = 21 free cores. Worth it to me! Plus I liked the Nightmares it was a fun 15mins.

It got boring after a couple of hours, couldn’t bring myself to finish all triumphs, a good idea not used to its full potential

I got the Dark Prince Mask two weeks ago, and got everything I wanted from Eververse last week, while playing a mad amount of RDR2. We had plenty of time to get everything we wanted. The only week I felt was handled poorly was the first one, because it had Iron Banner, Shattered Throne, high Taken Servitor spawn rate, and all three EP weapons with the easiest boss all going on in the same week.

I am a bit surprised this is an issue. It's true, they do not control the clocks. They are subject to them as much as the rest of us. Really hate how in spring I have to go to work 'early'.
