Never got the cryptarch ives journal

Pretty much topic body, went to holiday enjoyed a somber conversation and then nothing. No error codes and then no journal. Ive now exhausted everything I can think to fix it. Some help would be great.

if your pursuits was full it would not appear, you would need to obtain it on an alt character.
