I think my changes can apply to pve as well. Aerial precision kills can allow you to be more mobile while still challenging you to make a challenging, flawless shot. Smokes procking shattering strike are absolutely perfect for pve and pvp, and it actually makes no sense that they don't in the first place. It's your melee ability (actually smoke grenades don't proc a couple of things that a regular melee is supposed to. That will be addressed in another post) the Shattering strike melee I will admit was definitely a pvp centric buff, which is why I said and/or, because Bungie probably just can't separate the 2 and that's fine. That's why this forum exists, to discuss those things. Other than that I really don't see a problem with my buffs in pve. I think they help out everywhere.
