Same thing for me. I am on PC and I've gotten nothing but Tangled Web armor from my last 10 or so prime engrams (basically as far back as I can recall, once I started noticing it). It's extremely frustrating and I can only think/hope it's not intended.

Same for me, that's literally the only drop I ever get. I'm so done with this game, I paid for all this DLC with "new gear" and I get the same damn armor pieces every... single... drop. I see this armor in my nightmares and honestly I can't wait for Anthem to come out. At least if they give me the same drops over and over again with the new DLC it won't come at the expense of my bank account since all their future story content is free.

can confirm this too all the legendary rewards or prime engrams are tangled web i cant take it anymore
